Where Your Donation Goes:
Gunnison Country Food Pantry provides food assistance to those in need in a kind, confidential, and supportive environment. When you give to the Pantry, you help provide an important safety net to your neighbors! In 2023, the Pantry had the following reach:
- The Pantry provided food assistance to 2,185 persons: 23% children 0-17; 65% adults 18-59; 11% adults 60+
- For children, the Pantry provided 77,286 Healthy snacks and 1,189 Gunni-Packs (snacks and easy-to-make meals)
- Over 1,000 individuals served via outreach efforts
- 35 organizations partnered with the Pantry, and 265 volunteers donated 8,620 hours to serving their neighbors
